Building trust through openness, clarity, and accountability
The Divinebod Foundation does not currently operate out of a permanent physical location. Our programs and events happen in local communities across the country.
We host free community events nationwide by partnering directly with local communities and public spaces. This community-based approach allows us to remain flexible, accessible, and focused on serving people where they are.
The Divinebod Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to creating free, inclusive community experiences that bring people together across generations. Our focus is on belonging, movement, and connection — especially for families and children.
Yes. The Divinebod Foundation has been formally recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to our organization are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Documentation is available upon request.
At this stage, we do not operate out of a permanent physical building. Our work is community-based and event-driven, meaning we partner with local communities and use public or shared spaces to host free gatherings and experiences. This approach allows us to stay flexible, accessible, and focused on serving people where they are.
Our events take place in communities across the United States, based on need, partnerships, and available resources. Locations vary and are shared publicly as events are scheduled.
Yes — long-term. While we do not currently operate a physical center, our vision includes the future development of a community space that could offer classrooms, inclusive movement areas (including for individuals with disabilities), and adaptable resources based on community needs. This vision reflects our hopes, not our current operations.
Donations directly support: Free community events and programming, event logistics, safety, and accessibility, supplies, permits, and insurance, and outreach and planning efforts. We are committed to responsible stewardship and using funds in alignment with our mission.
We are happy to provide our IRS determination letter upon request. Public databases may take time to update after approval, but our tax-exempt status is fully recognized by the IRS.
There are many ways to support our work, including volunteering, sharing our mission, attending events, or donating. We believe community is built together.
