What Is This Program?
Faith & Fitness is a free, weekly youth program designed to strengthen both the body and the spirit through movement, community, and purpose.
In a world where many children are becoming less active and more disconnected, this program creates a space where kids can rediscover the joy of movement while building confidence, discipline, and a deeper sense of identity.
We believe that true strength is not just physical — it is spiritual, emotional, and mental.

Program Structure
Faith & Fitness is a weekly program currently being developed, with a location in progress. No two sessions will feel the same — keeping kids excited, engaged, and always looking forward to the next week.
Warm-Up Games & Movement
Fun, movement-based warm-up activities to get kids active, energized, and ready to go.
Obstacle-Style Courses
Group challenges and obstacle courses designed to be exciting for all skill levels.
Team-Building Exercises
Activities that encourage communication, trust, and cooperation between participants.
Fun Competitions
Friendly competitions focused entirely on effort and participation — not performance or ranking.
Faith-Based Grounding
Moments of encouragement, reflection, and spiritual connection woven into each session.
Always Fresh & New
Sessions are intentionally varied so kids are always surprised, engaged, and eager to return.
